These are the two questions which appear on a referendum petition that seeks to replace corrupt political control of a city to a transparent professional managed city.


#1:   "Shall the City of Berwyn adopt the managerial Form of municipal
         government?"

#2:    "Shall the City of Berwyn, if it adopts the maagerial form of municipal
         government, continue  to elect aldermen from wards?"
